Open Positions (as of June 2025)

  1. HVAC Service Technician (Cape Coral, FL)
    • Requirements: EPA 608 Certification, minimum 2 years of hands-on residential/commercial HVAC experience, valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record.
    • Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations; communicate repair options to customers; maintain accurate service records.
  2. Dispatcher / Office Coordinator (Cape Coral, FL)
    • Requirements: Strong communication skills, familiar with basic HVAC terminology preferred, experience using service-management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro).
    • Responsibilities: Schedule service calls, manage technician routes, answer inbound service inquiries, prepare quotes, and process invoices.
  3. HVAC Apprentice (Cape Coral, FL)
    • Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn. EPA 608 Certification training provided.
    • Responsibilities: Assist lead technicians on service calls, learn system installations and repairs, attend training sessions, develop troubleshooting skills.
